Missing Fresno 12-Year-Old Kentravis Davis Last Seen East Dwight Way, Found Safe
Fresno Police say 12-year-old Kentravis Davis, last seen near East Dwight Way and South Cedar Avenue on March 4, has been located and is safe, police and local media reported.

Fresno Police Department officials announced that 12-year-old Kentravis Davis, who was reported missing after being last seen in the area of East Dwight Way and South Cedar Avenue, has been found and is safe, local news coverage and the department’s March 6 press release reported. FOX26 noted the department thanked the community after the child was located.
The Fresno Police Department had issued a public appeal that began, "Please help us find 12‑year‑old Kentravis Davis. Kentravis was last seen on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, around 4:10 P.M., in the area of East Dwight Way and South Cedar Avenue." That appeal, repeated by FOX26 and KMPH, included a police-supplied photo and the department’s request that anyone with information call the non-emergency line at (559) 621-7000.
Police descriptions published in the release and in local reports described Kentravis as 12 years old, 4 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 90 pounds, with "short bushy black hair" and brown eyes. The release said he was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt, dark blue jeans and dark brown hi-top boots, and it noted, "Kentravis is diagnosed with autism, but can communicate and will ask for help."
Timeline details in the public materials show Kentravis was last seen about 4:10 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4; the Fresno Police Department press release and FOX26 items carrying the department’s language are dated March 6. A Facebook post referenced in local reporting used the headline "LOCATED - - MISSING AUTISTIC CHILD 12‑year‑old Kentravis Davis" to indicate the child had been found, though the press materials did not provide a precise date or time for when he was located.

Local reports and the police release do not specify the circumstances of the recovery, who found Kentravis, whether he required medical attention, or if he was reunited on scene with family. Those follow-up details were not included in the March 6 release and have not been published by FOX26 or KMPH as of the department’s announcement.
A separate Unicourt docket lists a case captioned "The People of the State of California vs. Kentravis Keayunn Davis" with a filing date of 06/14/2024 and docket activity on 06/24/2024 and 09/10/2025, but Fresno Police have not connected that court record to the missing-child report and the identity link has not been confirmed publicly.
The Fresno Police Department provided the initial appeal and the department’s non-emergency number, (559) 621-7000, in its release; officials thanked the community in news posts and said additional updates would follow if further information becomes available.
