Most SimRealist mods compatible with The Sims 4 January patch

The Sims 4 update released January 13, 2026 has been reviewed by SimRealist, and the bulk of its mod suite remains compatible. Mod users can breathe easier: no emergency file replacements or hotfixes are required for the listed SimRealist releases.

Confirmed compatible public versions include FLOWFIT at 0.3.1.3, PRIVATE PRACTICE at 2.5.2.1, R|E at 0.4.9.1, SNB (Sim National Bank) at 3.2.1.1, SNB – Bills at 0.12.1, and SNB – Financial Center at 0.5.1.1. These versions were checked against the January 13 patch and reported as functioning without additional intervention.

One component remains in progress. An additional update is still needed for HLC, and work is ongoing to restore full compatibility for that add-on. The rest of the SimRealist ecosystem is cleared for play, so households and finances managed with SNB tools should continue to behave as expected while HLC waits for its follow-up patch.
