Naughty Coffee Opens Downtown Miami Flagship With Roastery, Manual Brew Bars
Naughty Coffee opened a downtown Miami flagship with an in-house roastery and manual brew bars, bringing visible roasting and single-origin pours to the city’s coffee scene.

Naughty Coffee has moved beyond its signature vintage Volkswagen van coffee bars to open a full-scale flagship and roasting operation in downtown Miami. The new site brings a visible Loring S7 Nighthawk roaster into the front of the house, dedicated manual brew islands for rare single-origin coffees, and a Slayer Steam LP espresso machine paired with multiple Mahlkönig grinders for espresso service.
The location, which opened on January 20, 2026, is built to serve two distinct customer flows: high-volume daytime foot traffic and focused, competition-caliber manual brewing sessions. Design and layout emphasize transparency in production, with the roastery program already in active production so customers can see beans go from green to roast and buy fresh-roasted bags on site.
For downtown workers and specialty coffee fans, the combination of a visible roaster and staffed brew bars matters in practical ways. Fresh-roasted coffee tends to peak in the days after roasting, so an on-site roastery shortens the path from roast to cup. The manual brew islands are set up to pour single-origin coffees individually, making it easier to taste micro-lots and rotating offerings that might not be available through high-volume outlets. The Slayer Steam LP and Mahlkönig grinders indicate a commitment to high-touch espresso service, which should translate to more consistent pulled shots for regulars and espresso purists.
Naughty Coffee’s shift from mall-based van operations to a fixed roastery-café mirrors a broader trend in the local scene where mobile concepts scale into permanent spaces while keeping craft-focused credentials. The visible Loring S7 Nighthawk signals investment in quality and capacity; the roaster is built for consistent small-batch production that suits specialty roasts and single-origin profiles. The manual brew bars, designed for pour-over and other manual methods, create a space where baristas can showcase technique and customers can engage with brewing method and origin.

Community programming and events are a natural extension of this setup. A downtown roastery with brew islands creates the infrastructure for cuppings, brew clinics, and small competitions, and it gives local cafes and home brewers another source for fresh beans and technical inspiration. Images and design details released with the opening highlight the open layout and equipment placement that support both speed and ceremony.
Naughty Coffee’s flagship changes how downtown Miami will access freshly roasted and carefully brewed coffee. Expect a place that serves quick morning runs while also inviting longer, educative pours for those who want to dial in and taste the differences in single-origin coffees.
