Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital Celebrates First Anniversary with Community Reunion
Mothers who delivered at Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital returned with babies and families to pose for photos at a "Celebrating One Year of Care" reunion at 380 Rinehart Road.

Mothers who delivered at Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital’s Center for Women and Babies over the past year returned with their families and infants to celebrate the hospital’s first anniversary at a public “Celebrating One Year of Care” event. The reunion took place at the Lake Mary campus, 380 Rinehart Road, on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026.
The public enjoyed a fun-filled day of activities which included free health screenings and a car seat safety station, a photo booth and giveaways. The celebration also featured tours and community outreach programming across the Lake Mary campus, giving visitors a chance to see clinical areas and community services offered by the new hospital.
Event organizers positioned the gathering as a community reunion for families served by the hospital’s Center for Women and Babies, and many attendees posed for photos with newborns and toddlers while moving between the car seat safety station and the photo booth. The press materials describe the day as a touching reunion and emphasize the return of mothers who delivered at the campus in its first year of operation.
Orlando Health posted a follow-up news release dated Feb. 23, 2026, that included a photograph referenced as Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital Celebrates One Year Opening with Touching Reunion.jpg). The organization also circulated a truncated Instagram snippet referencing the one year anniversary of the Lake Mary Hospital. Media and public sharing options listed alongside the release included share and print tools for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Hospital communications listed Danica Kramer as the Community Relations Manager for follow-up, with contact telephone (407) 767-1200 and an option to send email from the press posting. The press entry appeared alongside business and community navigation items such as Business Directory, News Releases and Events Calendar in the online posting interface.
Orlando Health system materials included alongside the release note system-level developments, including that the Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion - Lake Mary opens with a full-service, stand-alone ER and medical pavilion featuring physician practices, laboratory and other ancillary services, and that angiography has been introduced in the system’s emergency departments as a noninvasive method for quickly diagnosing coronary artery disease. Those system details provide context for the Lake Mary campus’s services during its first year.
The community celebration at 380 Rinehart Road underscored Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital’s first year of operation and its outreach to families served by the Center for Women and Babies, as well as the hospital’s role in expanding local emergency and outpatient services in Seminole County.
