Panini Senior Bowl Reveals National, American Rosters of 130+ Prospects
Panini Senior Bowl released National and American rosters of more than 130 prospects, spotlighting three FCS invitees who could alter their draft stock during practice week and the game.
Organizers have published rosters for the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl, listing over 130 prospects who will participate in practice week Jan. 27-29 ahead of the Jan. 31 all-star game at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Alabama. The event, officially sponsored as the Panini Senior Bowl and set for a 1:30 p.m. Central Time kickoff, will be televised on NFL Network and features top senior and draft-eligible college players across position groups.
A full roster is shown as announced on Jan. 14 in the event entry, and Tampa Bay’s site published the complete Panini Senior Bowl roster on Jan. 28. The National Team will be coached by Philadelphia Eagles assistant coach Clint Hurtt; available materials identify the American Team coach only as a coach from New Orleans and do not provide a full name.
The roster blends high-profile FBS names with a handful of small-school standouts. Notable FBS prospects appearing in the released lists include Penn State’s Kaytron Allen and Dani Dennis-Sutton, Arkansas quarterback Taylen Green, Alabama tight end Joshua Cuevas, and wide receivers Barion Brown, Josh Cameron, and Kevin Coleman Jr. NFL.com positional groupings supplied in the roster excerpts show a deep offensive line group including Delby Lemieux of Dartmouth alongside veterans such as Austin Barber and Jake Slaughter.
Pro Football Focus highlights a distinct narrative about small-school representation. "The current landscape of college football and the prominence of the transfer portal have led many talented FCS players to leave for FBS opportunities and exposure. As hundreds of players now make this FCS-to-FBS jump each year, the talent pool of NFL-caliber prospects at the FCS level is getting smaller, and, therefore, the number of FCS players with Senior Bowl invites should also be shrinking moving forward." PFF adds, "This year, the Senior Bowl has only three players from the FCS level competing with and against the top FBS players in Mobile."
Those three FCS invitees are North Dakota State quarterback Cole Payton, Dartmouth offensive lineman Delby Lemieux, and Stephen F. Austin cornerback Charles Demmings. PFF notes Payton "finished the 2025 season as the highest-graded FCS quarterback, earning a 95.8 PFF offense grade," with passer and runner grades of 94.5 and 90.0 respectively, and lists him at No. 217 on the PFF Big Board. For Lemieux PFF reports he "earned an 84.4 PFF grade in 2025 and made 25 career starts at left tackle," while projecting an NFL move to center and stressing that Senior Bowl practices "will give Lemieux a critical opportunity to prove he can handle the position switch." On Demmings PFF writes he "has logged 1,731 career snaps at outside corner and brings ideal NFL size and traits at 6-foot-1 with good length and athleticism, though he will need to add weight to his 191-pound frame. He is rumored to possess top-end speed, which should be confirmed at the NFL Combine."
For NFL personnel and agents, the Senior Bowl remains a concentrated evaluation environment where practice snaps, positional drills, and interviews can move a player's draft standing. The reduced FCS representation underscores how the transfer portal and exposure at the FBS level are reshaping talent pipelines and scouting priorities.
