Pizza Hut Singapore Reintroduces Unlimited Buffet at Four Outlets
Pizza Hut Singapore will reintroduce an unlimited buffet at four outlets from 22 Jan to 8 Feb, a move likely to increase staffing and operational pressures during the promotion.

Pizza Hut Singapore is bringing back an unlimited pizza and pasta buffet for a limited run at four outlets, a promotion that will concentrate customer demand and create a short-term staffing and operations challenge for crew and managers. The 90-minute unlimited service will run from 22 January to 8 February 2026 at Bukit Panjang, Tiong Bahru, Jurong Point and Waterway Point.
The offer includes a complimentary welcome platter, free-flow soft drinks and ice-cream alongside a rotating selection of six pizza flavours, a couple of pasta options, chicken wings, fries and other desserts. Weekday adult pricing is S$19.95++; weekend adult pricing is S$22.95++; child pricing and specific seating times are part of the promotion details being managed at each participating outlet. The format is built around timed seatings with customers able to order within a 90-minute window.
For employees, the limited-location rollout changes the operational calculus. Concentrating the buffet at four stores allows managers to focus resources and training but also requires higher staffing levels during service windows. Back-of-house teams should expect increased production volume for pizza and pasta items, heavier oven throughput and greater demands on prep and replenishment. Front-of-house staff will face faster table turnaround, continuous monitoring of buffet stations, and more frequent clearing and sanitation tasks.
Managers will likely need to adjust rostering to cover peak sittings and may schedule more crew for evening and weekend shifts, which could mean additional overtime or short-term shift swaps. Training for high-turnover buffet periods will be important to maintain consistency in portioning and food safety, and to manage customer expectations about availability and wait times. Inventory planning will also be under pressure; predictable rotation of six pizza flavours and a narrow set of pasta and sides can simplify ordering but leaves less margin for unexpected demand spikes.

The promotion’s weekend premium suggests particularly busy shifts on Fridays through Sundays, which historically drive the most foot traffic for family-friendly buffet promotions. Concentrating the offer at mall locations such as Jurong Point and Waterway Point may amplify surges during peak mall hours and school holidays.
For staff, that can mean steadier hours and potentially more tips on busy nights, offset by higher intensity and the likelihood of extended shifts. For store managers, the promotion is a test of rostering agility, supply chain coordination and service choreography under a high-volume format.
As the promotion begins, operators and employees will track customer flow and operational strain to judge whether future rollouts expand beyond the four sites or adopt revised scheduling practices. For workers, the immediate priorities will be clear rostering, targeted training for buffet service, and close coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams to handle the extra slices of work.
