Punchbowl Launches Dr. Seuss Digital Invitations for Baby Events
Punchbowl paired Dr. Seuss art with text- and email-ready invitations, pushing baby-shower planning further into mobile-first, shareable design.

Punchbowl deepened the digitization of baby-shower planning on April 15, 2026, with a new Dr. Seuss collection built with Dr. Seuss Enterprises. The launch drew on The Cat in the Hat, Oh, the Places You’ll Go! and The Lorax, and Punchbowl said the designs could be personalized in minutes and sent by text or email, a clear fit for baby showers, sprinkles, gender reveals and sip-and-see events that now live or die on convenience and shareability.
The collection was not limited to a single occasion. Punchbowl said the invitation and greeting-card designs could be used for birthdays, baby showers, graduations and family celebrations, giving hosts a wider set of recognizable themes than the usual pastel florals and teddy bears. Punchbowl also highlighted paper-like touches, including matching envelope liners, postage stamps and greeting elements, details that help digital invites keep some of the texture associated with traditional stationery while still moving at the pace of messaging apps.
The new release also landed inside a branded category Punchbowl had already been building. The company’s site already listed a Dr. Seuss baby shower template called Baby Seuss, along with other themed templates such as Thing 1 & Thing 2, Cindy-Lou Who and Cat in the Hat Photo. Punchbowl also listed Dr. Seuss invitations for occasions including a Grinch Christmas party and a Cat in the Hat birthday, underscoring how far the character universe had already spread across the platform’s invitation library.
That matters in a market where platforms compete on more than RSVP tools. Punchbowl says its app and site offer online invitations, greeting cards, RSVP tracking, video messages, gift cards and polls, and its app listing says it carries thousands of invitations and greeting cards, including a large selection of kids character invites. By pairing that utility with one of the most recognizable names in children’s entertainment, Punchbowl is leaning into the idea that a baby event invitation should do more than deliver logistics. It should set the tone, travel cleanly by text or email, and make the party feel polished before guests ever arrive.
Dr. Seuss Enterprises, founded in 1993 and based in San Diego, California, says it focuses on promoting literacy, education, self-confidence and imagination. The partnership shows how legacy children’s brands are being recast for digital-first celebrations, where theme cohesion and fast customization can matter as much as the event itself.
