RailRiders Announce New Game Times; Single-Game Tickets On Sale Feb. 9
Single-game tickets for the RailRiders go on sale Feb. 9 at 10 A.M., as the club announced new, fan-friendly game times for its 19th season as the Yankees' Triple-A affiliate.

Single-game tickets for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders will be available beginning Feb. 9 at 10 A.M., the club announced Jan. 20 as it also unveiled a reshaped game-time slate designed to broaden fan access and boost engagement in its 19th season as the New York Yankees' Triple-A affiliate. The RailRiders open the road portion of their season in March and will host their 2026 home opener at PNC Field on April 7.
Shawn Reilly, the RailRiders’ president and general manager, framed the ticket on-sale and timing changes as milestones for fans and the organization. "The new season is fast approaching and we are truly gearing up," Reilly said. "Single-game tickets going on sale is a big milestone ahead of the season. The new fan-friendly game times throughout the course of the schedule will allow more people the opportunity to plan out their day and never miss their favorite nights, ballpark food, promotions and players."
The 2026 home slate includes 75 games arranged into 12 six-game sets and one three-game series, a structure that streamlines homestands and travel blocks for a club that plays a development-heavy role in the Yankees' pipeline. Weeknight home games in April and early May will begin at 6:35 P.M., with Saturday matinees at 3:05 P.M. As summer arrives, weeknights will shift to 7:05 P.M. in late May and June and Saturday starts will move to 6:35 P.M.; beginning Aug. 22, Saturday games will start at 6:05 P.M. All Sunday home games will start at 1:35 P.M.
A handful of deviations to the standard start times provide variety and community programming opportunities. Games on May 12 and 26 will start at 6:05 P.M., while two STEM School Day games are scheduled for May 13 and 27 with 11:05 A.M. first pitches. The local rivalry with Lehigh Valley will be on Friday, June 12 at 4:05 P.M., and the team will host the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp on Sept. 16 at 1:05 P.M., accompanied by a career and college fair on the concourse.

For the organization, the timing changes and early ticket availability are both fan experience moves and business plays. Earlier and more predictable start times help shift-night workers and families plan attendance, likely improving weekday turnout and concession revenues on theme nights and giveaway days. The STEM and career-fair activations underscore the club's role as a community hub, blending player development with outreach that elevates the ballpark beyond pure entertainment.
Season-ticket packages remain on sale now, including full, half, partial and flex plans. Daily promotions, theme nights and giveaways are expected to be announced in the coming days. Fans looking to map their summer should mark Feb. 9 on their calendars and visit swbrailriders.com for ticket details as the RailRiders pivot into another season of Triple-A baseball and community programming.
