Riverhead Police Issue Missing-Teen Alerts for Three Local Girls
Riverhead police seek help locating three 15-year-old girls: Nahomy Ireny Osorio Cruz, who "voluntarily left her home late Friday night," Kennia Alvarez Diaz, who left 40 Segal Avenue about 5 p.m. Dec. 13, and Mya Ramirez, last seen in Baiting Hollow.

The Riverhead Town Police Department is asking the public to help locate three 15-year-old girls reported missing from Riverhead-area addresses, and is urging anyone with information to call 631-727-4500. The department’s notices name Nahomy Ireny Osorio Cruz of Riverhead, Kennia Michelle Alvarez Diaz of 40 Segal Avenue, and Mya Feliciano Ramirez of Baiting Hollow.
According to a department media release, Nahomy Ireny Osorio Cruz "voluntarily left her home late Friday night and has not returned." The police release provided no additional physical description, clothing details, or last-seen address beyond identifying her as a 15-year-old resident of Riverhead; the department did not indicate whether foul play was suspected in the materials provided to reporters.
Riverhead police say Kennia Michelle Alvarez Diaz left her home at 40 Segal Avenue at about 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, and detectives believe she walked off on foot. Kennia is described as a 15-year-old Hispanic female, about 5 feet tall and 130 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes. Police said they had no description of the clothing she was wearing when she left, and that "no foul play is suspected." Riverhead police later reported that the 15-year-old had been found safe; the department’s update stated the girl had been located and confirmed her safety.

Mya Feliciano Ramirez is identified by Riverhead police as a 15-year-old Hispanic female of Baiting Hollow who was residing at the Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch facility along Sound Avenue. Mya is listed at 5 foot 2 inches, weighing 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Riverhead police say she was last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants and sneakers and that "no foul play is suspected at this time." The department noted Mya has ties to the Brentwood area.
All three cases are being handled by the Riverhead Town Police Department. Investigators ask anyone with information on Nahomy Ireny Osorio Cruz, Kennia Michelle Alvarez Diaz, or Mya Feliciano Ramirez to contact Riverhead police at 631-727-4500; the department has said that "all calls will be kept confidential." Police provided photographs with the alerts and have not released further operational details pending investigative updates.
