Rosén, Helenius, Jones Named to AHL All-Star Classic Roster
Rochester placed three players on the AHL North Division All-Star roster, a nod to the Amerks' depth and the rising profiles of Isak Rosén, Konsta Helenius and Zac Jones.

Three Rochester Americans were named to the AHL North Division roster for the 2026 AHL All-Star Classic in Rockford, a recognition that underscores the Amerks’ scoring talent, special-teams punch and defensive stability. Forwards Isak Rosén and Konsta Helenius and defenseman Zac Jones head to the Feb. 10-11 event after a team announcement on Jan. 15.
Isak Rosén, the club leader in goals, earned his third straight All-Star invitation. He remains among Rochester’s top point producers despite missing games this season, and the team release highlighted his streaky scoring and power-play production as key reasons for the nod. Rosén’s continued offensive returns give the Amerks a clear top-line threat and a game-breaker on the man-advantage.
Konsta Helenius joins Rosén up front after a productive scoring pace that has kept him in the conversation as one of Rochester’s primary offensive drivers beyond the top scorer. His inclusion signals depth scoring that complements Rosén and provides secondary scoring that can change momentum in tight games.
Zac Jones rounds out the trio from the blue line. The release cited his steady defensive play and assist totals, framing him as a puck-moving defenseman who contributes in transition and on the power play. Jones’ presence on the All-Star roster reflects the balance Rochester has tried to build between offensive upside and responsible defensive structure.
This marks the second consecutive season Rochester will send three players to the All-Star Classic, a trend that matters beyond individual honors. All-Star selections amplify player visibility to NHL clubs and scouts, enhance the Amerks’ brand in a competitive development market, and give fans a tangible sign of the organization’s prospect pipeline and on-ice progress. For Rochester’s community, the selections are a source of local pride and a talking point for a fan base that follows both development trajectories and short-term success.
The club release also outlined the All-Star Classic format and confirmed Rockford as host site for the weekend festivities. Beyond the on-ice exhibition, the event offers players networking and exposure opportunities that can translate into call-ups, contract discussions, and roster decisions later in the season.
For Amerks fans, the immediate payoff is recognition of players they have followed all season. Looking ahead, Rosén, Helenius and Jones will try to turn All-Star momentum into sustained contributions for Rochester and stronger cases for NHL consideration as the AHL season moves toward its playoff and roster-decision stretch.
