Sanford Health Equip Sleep Store Relocating to 3801 Bemidji Ave. N.

Sanford Health announced March 3 that the Sanford Health Equip Sleep Store in Bemidji will relocate in early March to 3801 Bemidji Ave. N., Suite 4, adjacent to Hill’s Plumbing and Heating, the system said. The release lists store hours as Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., and it gives the store phone as (218) 333-4528.

The sleep store is currently housed within the Sanford Bemidji Sleep Center at 3717 Pine Ridge Ave. NW, described as across from the hospital and its emergency entrance. The Sleep Center lists its own phone as (218) 333-4527, primary hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., and providers on the clinic page include Angela McCarthy APRN CNP, Krista Miller APRN CNP, Chukwuma Ogugua MD and Laurie Straw APRN CNP. Sanford’s clinic page also notes that the Sleep Center is an outpatient department of the hospital and patients may receive a separate hospital charge and hospital coinsurance responsibility that may result in a higher out-of-pocket expense than in a clinic that is not provider based.

Sanford’s announcement says the relocated Bemidji store will remain focused on sleep equipment and supplies. “The new location will continue to provide a comprehensive selection of sleep-health products and services, designed to support patients in achieving healthier, more restorative sleep,” a release said. “Offerings will include CPAP machines and supplies, Bilevel PAP machines and supplies, ventilators and additional essential equipment.” The Sanford Health Equip Bemidji Sleep Store page adds that staff can assist walk-ins or appointments with CPAP questions and supplies, and that other home medical equipment such as breast pumps, compression stockings and mobility aids are available at Sanford Health Equip’s other Bemidji location.

Sanford said the main Sanford Health Equip location in Bemidji will remain at 1705 Anne St. NW, Suite 1, even after the sleep-store move. The Equip page lists a store fax of (218) 751-9728 and reiterates the Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m./1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule for the sleep storefront.

The Bemidji relocation is one of several Sanford Health Equip moves the system has announced; a separate Sept. 30, 2025, corporate release described a planned move of the Bismarck Equip store to 2700 State Street (Gateway Mall) with construction to begin before the end of 2025 and an expected spring 2026 opening. Sanford’s Bemidji announcement gives only “early March” as timing and does not specify a calendar day or a local media contact for the Bemidji move. The system did not state in the release whether phone or fax numbers will change during the relocation or whether there will be any temporary service interruptions; the Sleep Center and Equip pages continue to list the phone numbers above and the same weekday hours. When the move is complete, the new 3801 Bemidji Ave. N. storefront will operate as the dedicated retail site for CPAP, Bilevel PAP and ventilator supplies while Sanford’s clinical Sleep Center at 3717 Pine Ridge Ave. NW continues to provide diagnosis and treatment.
