SEOExpert launches with AI-first SEO to tackle Singapore SME trust gaps
SEOExpert is betting that same-team continuity, AI automation and a results-only pitch will win over Singapore SMEs burned by thin SEO retainers.

SEOExpert is trying to turn Singapore’s agency trust problem into its opening advantage. Launched on April 14, the new agency is pitching SMEs a results-only model built around proprietary AI systems, same-team continuity and a promise that traditional SEO alone is no longer enough in a market being reshaped by AI-powered search.
Founder Berenice said she arrived at the model after more than six years across three Singapore agencies, where she saw the same complaints repeat: jargon-heavy reports, low-value keyword targets and account handoffs that left clients chasing new faces instead of outcomes. SEOExpert says it is built to avoid that churn. Clients work with the same team throughout the engagement, while humans keep control of strategy and brand voice even as AI handles much of the repetitive work.
The agency says its proprietary systems automate content publishing, competitor monitoring, campaign optimization and client acquisition. That internal automation is meant to speed delivery and cut the spreadsheet-heavy administrative drag that often slows agencies down. Just as important, SEOExpert is framing the pitch around a shift in search behavior. It says businesses now need visibility not only in Google, but also in AI-powered results from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and says it is already offering GEO services in Singapore.
SEOExpert is also selling breadth. Alongside SEO, it offers PPC, social media marketing and web design, and says it has already published more than 35 free SEO guides and several free tools for businesses. That education-first approach is not just content marketing; it is credibility building before the sales conversation begins, a strategy that may resonate in a market where buyers are increasingly demanding transparent pricing, no-lock-in contracts and clear ROI.
The timing fits Singapore’s broader digital agenda. IMDA’s Singapore Digital Economy Report 2024 says SMEs still face significant digitalisation challenges and need more support, while the Digital Enterprise Blueprint puts AI adoption, integrated digital solutions, cyber resilience and workforce upskilling at the center of enterprise priorities. A 2023 Khepri Digital study cited by Media OutReach found that only 137 of 200 invited SMEs responded, a small signal of how difficult trust can be to win and measure in this segment.
SEOExpert is entering a crowded field, and several Singapore agencies are already pushing GEO and AEO-style services for AI-driven search platforms. That makes the launch less a lone disruption than a sharp read on where the market is moving. If the model works, it could become a competitive edge; if it overpromises, it may set the same trust trap it aims to escape.
