SKS unveils new ultra-luxury kitchen appliances and gifting options at KBIS 2026

SKS used KBIS 2026 in Orlando to push beyond the built-in kitchen and present what it called the next chapter of the modern ultra-luxury kitchen, pitching products at booth #W2100 to a buyer the brand names Technicurean™. The company framed the rollout around its pillars of precision, passion and ingenuity and invited visitors to explore performance-driven engineering and exceptional materials in person.

The backdrop was a massive show: KBIS drew nearly 120,000 industry professionals and more than 2,000 exhibitors to the Orange County Convention Center during the Feb. 17–19 run, with peers on the floor including LG Signature, Artistic Tile, Brizo and Kohler. Jeremy Parcels, principal at Parcels Design Studio and a member of the SKS Design Collective, summed up the industry moment: “Appliance brands have realized that consumers are looking for kitchens that simplify everyday tasks while expanding what is possible in functionality, versatility and style. Manufacturers are delivering with high quality materials and quietly integrated technology.”

On refrigeration SKS introduced two 36-inch integrated columns - a refrigerator column and a freezer column that together form a 6-foot-wide built-in unit - designed panel-ready to disappear into cabinetry. The columns feature reimagined LED lighting, adjustable shelving with “Lift and Go” bins and AI-powered systems named AI Fresh and Smart Ice Plus that learn usage patterns to optimize cooling and ice production. The freezer column includes a Grand Craft Ice mode that makes oversized, slow-melting cubes pitched as ideal for entertaining and elevated beverages.

Cooking additions leaned hard into induction and pro-level flexibility. SKS showed an adaptive Full-Flex Induction Cooktop and a 36-inch induction pro range that pairs a powerful induction surface with a full-sized steam-combi oven in an all-in-one format. Coverage highlights an industry-leading 7,000-watt dual induction element on the 36-inch pro range, flexible zones that adapt to cookware and a cooking surface marketed as cool to the touch - features SKS positioned specifically for forward-thinking Technicurean home chefs.

Dishwashing got a hygiene-forward refresh with a redesigned PowerSteam® Dishwasher. SKS reported that PowerSteam Dishwashers certified by NSF achieve a minimum 99.999 percent reduction of bacteria when operated on the Steam cycle, a performance claim the brand emphasized as part of the appliance’s value proposition.

KBIS also marked SKS’s first formal move into luxury laundry with the SKS WashCombo, an all-in-one washer-dryer unit with AI-powered controls that tailor cycles by fabric, load and soil; a dual inverter heat pump for low-temperature drying to reduce energy use; a full-flat profile and a customizable LCD designed to integrate into high-end interiors. Galeriemagazine notes the step outward from the kitchen is consistent with SKS’s recent showroom work, including a Piero Lissoni–designed space at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart and the company’s former name, Signature Kitchen Suite.
