Steph Curry Stops at KoJa Kitchen Food Truck, Orders Burger and Fries
Steph Curry stopped by KoJa Kitchen at SPARK Social SF, ordered an Original KoJa burger and Kamikaze fries, and signed a napkin for the food truck owner.

Stephen Curry made a low-key stop at KoJa Kitchen’s food truck at SPARK Social SF, ordering an Original KoJa burger and Kamikaze fries and autographing a napkin for the owner, social posts and local coverage show. Spark Social posted playful praise for the visit, calling him “Chef Curry” and saying he “ordered like a true MVP.”
The visit was photographed and dated in a Sports/Yahoo photo caption as taking place on Tuesday, Feb. 24, with the image credited to Carlos Muela. KoJa Kitchen’s own Facebook account confirmed the menu choices, posting: “Check it out! Stephen Curry visited our KoJa Kitchen SPARK Social SF location yesterday,” and “He ordered our Original KoJa, plus Kamikaze fries. Great choices, Steph. Thank you for stopping by!”
The appearance in the food truck park came while Curry remained sidelined by a right knee injury. KRON4 and Sports/Yahoo reported that “Curry has missed the last eight games with a right knee injury,” and KRON4 noted he “did not travel with the team in its last game in New Orleans (loss to the Pelicans) on Tuesday.” Sports/Yahoo also reported that he was to be re-evaluated on March 1, which the outlet said marked 10 days after a second MRI on his knee.
Spark Social’s social copy added local color to the stop, posting: “Chef Curry with the pull-up… to SPARK. None other than @stephencurry30 stopped by @kojakitchen at SPARK Social SF and ordered like a true MVP,” and, on the napkin signing, “We’ve got his order (because obviously) and yes— he was kind enough to sign a napkin for the owner of KoJa Kitchen. Class act on and off the court. Bay legends doin Bay things.”
The KoJa Kitchen brand is identified in reporting as a San Francisco-founded Korean-Japanese fusion chain operating at the SPARK Social SF food truck park. The photo credit to Carlos Muela appeared across multiple items covering the visit, including Sports/Yahoo and KRON4. Local outlet SFist noted the stop as part of a flurry of Bay Area celebrity dining mentions that week, alongside other local spots.
Curry’s out-of-town movements after the SPARK Social stop were tracked in social posts as well. Sports/Yahoo reported that “a day later on Wednesday morning, Curry paid a visit to Sidewalk Juice in Millbrae and ordered a smoothie,” adding that he “has been spotted at that location before.” The Millbrae stop reinforces a pattern of the Warriors star favoring nearby Bay Area businesses while he remained non-traveling with the team.
With a March 1 re-evaluation scheduled following the second MRI, Curry’s availability for upcoming Golden State Warriors games hinged on medical updates. For now, the sequence of social posts, the KoJa Kitchen Facebook message, and the photograph credited to Carlos Muela together document a familiar Bay Area scene: a hometown superstar sampling local fusion fare at SPARK Social SF and leaving a signed napkin as a small keepsake for a San Francisco-founded business.
