Transwestern brokered an 11,614-square-foot lease for a new Piedmont Cancer Institute at 11315 Johns Creek Parkway; the Johns Creek center celebrated its grand opening Feb. 17, 2026.

Transwestern’s Southeast Healthcare Advisory team announced Feb. 24, 2026 that it had brokered an 11,614-square-foot lease with OneOncology, LLC for a new Piedmont Cancer Institute center at 11315 Johns Creek Parkway in Johns Creek, Georgia. The transaction was handled on behalf of property owner Anchor Health Properties and was described in Transwestern’s corporate release.
The leased space sits inside a 96,357-square-foot Class A medical office building at the Johns Creek Parkway address. Transwestern identified the building as a Class A medical office building and said its brokers provided leasing services for the property on Anchor Health Properties’ behalf. The Transwestern brokerage team named in the release includes John V. Lopez, CCIM, RPA; Steve Hall; Bo Stuart; and Marsh Hazlehurst.
MMA Real Estate Advisors, LLC represented the tenant in the transaction, with the tenant listed on the lease as OneOncology, LLC. OneOncology operates a physician-led platform that the release said comprises approximately 2,300 providers serving about 1.5 million patients across 645 sites of care nationwide. Piedmont Cancer Institute is identified in the release as one of 36 community practice partners within the OneOncology group.
Piedmont Cancer Institute was described in the release as a private medical oncology practice serving metro Atlanta, with staffing that includes 18 physicians and 20 advanced practice providers across seven locations. The Transwestern release states the Johns Creek location celebrated its grand opening on February 17, 2026; the lease announcement followed on February 24, 2026.

Transwestern’s release also supplied firm background statistics, noting the company owns, leases and operates $57 billion in assets, has completed or commenced more than $9 billion of development since 2012, and operates across 33 offices nationwide. The release framed Transwestern as a vertically integrated commercial real estate firm with experience across healthcare and other property types.
An image of the property was noted as available for download in the release. The Transwestern announcement was reposted by outlets including Wolfmediausa on February 25, 2026 and by NewsBreak with site metadata; those reposts reiterated the same lease details and Transwestern boilerplate.
The press release did not disclose financial terms, lease duration or a lease commencement date for the 11,614-square-foot space. Those items remain to be confirmed with Transwestern, Anchor Health Properties, MMA Real Estate Advisors, and OneOncology/Piedmont Cancer Institute, as does any additional information about the tenant’s buildout, clinical services planned at the Johns Creek center, and the specific suite within the 96,357-square-foot building.
