Westford Table Tennis Club ran a USATT-listed March 1 open with an Open Singles purse of $200/$100, eight events capped at 32 players, and Qiumars Hedayatian listed as tournament director (617-669-5585).

Westford Table Tennis Club staged the Westford TTC March 2026 Open on Sunday, March 1, 2026, an event listed on the USA Table-Tennis pages with Qiumars Hedayatian serving as Tournament Director and Event Coordinator (617-669-5585). The Omnipong entry form for the tournament spelled out the cash payouts: “PRIZE – Open Singles has a cash prize of $200 for the winner and $100 for the runner up. Under 2200 has a cash prize of $100 for the winner and $50 for the runner up. Medals will be awarded for all events.”
The venue was the Millworks sports complex at 22 Town Farm Rd, Westford, MA 01886, where club and promotional materials note six hardwood floor basketball courts and capacity to lay out 90 additional Cornilleau tables for large events. Westford, founded in 2019, lists SafeSport-certified coaches and was previously promoted by the New Hampshire Senior Games with the line “We are thrilled to announce that the 2024 New Hampshire Senior Games (NHSG) Table Tennis tournament will be hosted at the state-of-the-art Westford Table Tennis Club!”
Organizers ran eight events, each capped at 32 players. The schedule on the Omnipong form showed Open Singles on 03/01/2026 at 1:00 pm, $40 entry, 1st: $200, 2nd: $100, field limit 32. The U-2200 Singles was set for 12:00 pm with a $40 fee and prizes 1st: $100, 2nd: $50. Rating-limited events billed at $30 included U-1000 at 9:00 am, U-1600 at 9:00 am, U-1200 at 9:30 am, U-1400 at 10:00 am, U-2000 at 11:00 am, and U-1800 at 11:30 am; each of those listed “1st, 2nd Medals” and a 32-player cap.
Sanctioning paperwork and entry rules appeared on the Omnipong form and on USATT’s event page. The USATT header displayed “Feb 28, 2026 - Feb 28, 2026 | 1 Star | Westford, MA, USA,” while the Omnipong form included the differing statement “This is a 0-star, USATT sanctioned tournament.” The Omnipong form also required mandatory USATT membership and payment in advance, with membership options listed as Pro $75, Basic $25, Silver $50, Gold $100, and Lifetime $1300, and the explicit line “All Payments Must Be Received in Advance.” The entry form included the USA TABLE TENNIS release and waiver language and a line fragment instructing about seed advancement: “rating so s/he may advance into SE draw.”

Officials listed on the entry form were Tournament Director and Head Coach Qiumars Hedayatian and Referee - Donald Hayes (Club Umpire). Westford’s club materials state that Coach Qiumars coached at the Pan American Championships 2021 in Cuenca, Ecuador, where the club says the U11 boys brought home six medals. The club also says one of its players was selected to the US Junior National Team to compete for the US at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris; that selection is presented as the club’s claim.
Organizers retained the option to change plans if entries fell short; the entry form carried the line “Tournament Director reserves the right to modify or cancel events if there is insufficient participation.” For verification, entries, or post-event draws and results, the on-record contact is Qiumars Hedayatian at 617-669-5585 and the Westford club email chemack@aol.com. Westford’s Omnipong-based sign-ups and a history of prior USATT events in 2021 and 2022 underline the club’s ongoing role as a regional host.
