Woman killed after sedan hits parked tractor-trailer on Liberty Heights Avenue NW

A woman was found dead inside a sedan after the vehicle struck a parked tractor-trailer around 6:30 a.m. March 1 on the 2900 block of Liberty Heights Avenue in Northwest Baltimore, police said. Officers who responded discovered the driver inside the car and medics pronounced her dead at the scene.
