Austin entertainment venue to add axe throwing, bowling and more in 2027

Axe throwing is headed to EastVillage as part of 810 Entertainment’s planned Northwest Austin venue at 4701 E. Yager Lane, Bldg. 1, with an early 2027 opening target that depends on construction and permitting. The setup includes bowling, arcade games, golf simulators, mini golf, darts and axe throwing.

810 is building a full social entertainment floor, with additional bowling lanes upstairs and an event space for celebrations and gatherings. The restaurant and bar menu includes loaded nachos, buffalo wings, burgers, wood-fired pizzas, salads, cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails and sodas.

Reger Holdings says the 425-acre mixed-use project in Northeast Austin’s tech corridor, across from Samsung Austin Semiconductor, is designed to include about 2,400 multifamily units, 466 single-family lots, three hotels, a 1.5 million-square-foot Austin Labs campus and 400,000 square feet of neighborhood restaurant and retail buildings. The broader plan also includes about 350,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a 150-acre park and a village green.

EastVillage has announced 810 Billiards and Bowling as one of its first retail tenants alongside Fitness International/Club Studio and Swish Dental. Reger Holdings says the project is aimed at serving an estimated 50,000 nearby employees in the corridor, and that full occupancy could eventually bring as many as 12,000 people a day to EastVillage.

810 Entertainment is an upscale entertainment, dining and bar concept built around social interaction, friendly competition and food. Founder and CEO Michael Siniscalchi opened the first location in 2015 after a decade in finance. A 2024 Florida opening included a 28,000-square-foot venue with 16 bowling lanes, five billiards tables, three dart lanes, two sports simulators, four axe-throwing lanes and an arcade.
