Express and Peak Events Announce Field for 2026 Round Rock Classic

Baylor, Oregon State, Purdue and Southern Miss will converge at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas, for the seventh annual Round Rock Classic, set for February 20-22, 2026. Peak Events, LLC and the Round Rock Express announced the field and confirmed the three-day, round-robin format that will stage two games per day for a total of six games, with all six contests to be broadcast exclusively on D1Baseball.com.

Peak Events Vice President Nathan Wooldridge welcomed the lineup in the organization’s announcement, saying, "We are excited to host year seven of the Round Rock Classic here at Dell Diamond. This year’s lineup includes four great teams and fan bases, and we are looking forward to another fun weekend of baseball at one of the top ballparks in the country. We'd like to thank the Round Rock Express and the city of Round Rock for their continued support in making this one of the top early-season destinations in college baseball."

Round Rock Express Assistant General Manager Stu Scally emphasized the ballpark’s role in the event, saying, "We're thrilled to have the Round Rock Classic back at Dell Diamond in 2026. We love hosting college baseball fans from around the country each February as four of the premier teams in the country take center stage at our ballpark for this signature event." Ticketing and venue logistics were posted on the local event listing.
