RailRiders Family FunFest Set for March 29 at PNC Field
The RailRiders' annual Family FunFest hits PNC Field on March 29, featuring $5 Opening Week tickets and autographs from Red Barons legends Greg Legg and Gary Ruby.

PNC Field in Moosic will host the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders' annual Family FunFest on Sunday, March 29, with doors opening at 12:30. The open-house event is designed to introduce fans to the club's Opening Week offerings, with a full slate of activities, discounts, and giveaways packed into the afternoon.
The headlining draw for many will be the autograph session, where former Red Barons and local legends Greg Legg, Gary Ruby, Matt Wotherspoon, and Sage Karem will be on hand signing autographs and posing for photos. Clubhouse tours of the Home Clubhouse are open to the public at no additional cost, offering fans a rarely available look behind the scenes at PNC Field.
For those wanting to get onto the field itself, the Catch on the Field activity lets fans bring a ball and glove for a first throw in the outfield, though all participants are required to sign a waiver. Younger fans can sign in at Guest Services for CHAMP'S Treasure Hunt, a scavenger hunt throughout the ballpark with prizes up for grabs. Everyone in attendance can also register to win an autographed baseball and a four-pack of tickets to any RailRiders game this season, with July 3 and 4 excluded from eligibility.
Bargain hunters will want to stop by the Community Corner on the concourse, where a Sidewalk Sale will feature game-worn jerseys and other memorabilia. The RailRiders Team Store will also be open, and food and drink will be available for purchase.

The biggest ticket deal of the day is the Opening Week Sale, which offers $5 Outfield Reserved tickets at the Box Office for any game during the club's Opening Week homestand against the Durham Bulls. The box office purchase requirement is explicit, so fans looking to take advantage of that price will need to visit in person.
Worth noting for fans expecting to see the current roster on March 29: the RailRiders open their season on the road March 27 and are scheduled to play in Buffalo against the Bisons on the same day as FunFest. The team's announcement points fans toward the Geisinger Champions Club to catch that game. The autograph session participants are billed as Red Barons alumni and local legends rather than current roster members, which tracks with the road schedule.
