The Yankees announced Scranton/Wilkes-Barre's Opening Day roster on March 27, a group under manager Shelley Duncan that includes nine players on the 40-man roster and 15 with Major League service time. The headline figure is the five Top-30 prospects sharing a clubhouse from Day 1, each on a distinct track toward the Bronx.

Carlos Lagrange, the system's No. 2 prospect per MLB Pipeline, is the arm most likely to answer a Bronx phone call first.
