THQ Nordic announced on March 18 that four of its titles will arrive on Nintendo hardware throughout 2026, with three Switch 2 ports and one original Switch release filling out a schedule that runs from late June through mid-October.

The first to arrive is Destroy All Humans!, the 2020 remake of the 2005 original, landing on Switch 2 on June 23. The port carries technical upgrades specific to the new hardware: richer visuals, denser worlds, improved shaders, and full HD support up to 1440p resolution. It also bundles the Skin Pack DLC. The game was previously available on the original Switch, making this a native Switch 2 upgrade rather than a first appearance on Nintendo platforms.

Destroy All Humans! 2: Reprobed follows on September 15. The sequel, which is a remake of the 2006 original and first launched on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in 2022, arrives on Switch 2 packed with two DLC packs: Reprobed: Skin Pack and Reprobed: Challenge Accepted. THQ Nordic is positioning it as a single-player adventure set in a 1960s open world, with travel across multiple global locations and a storyline centered on revenge against the KGB. One notable omission: the Switch 2 version will not include local campaign co-op.

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed rounds out the Switch 2 slate with an October 6 release. The 3D platformer, which originally launched September 24, 2024 on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series, gets an upgraded Switch 2 edition featuring improved graphics, a higher frame rate, and Mouse Mode control options using the Joy-Con 2. The game follows Mickey Mouse into a diorama world called the Wasteland, where players encounter forgotten Disney characters in a setting overrun by ink-based monsters. It carries an ESRB rating of Everyone 10+.

The fourth title in the announcement moves in the opposite direction. SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide, which previously launched on Switch 2, is coming to the original Nintendo Switch starting October 13. THQ Nordic's announcement on social media grouped the title separately from the three Switch 2 ports, listing it under the Nintendo Switch heading while the alien invasion games and Epic Mickey were listed under Nintendo Switch 2.

Across the three Switch 2 ports, the hardware-specific upgrades follow a consistent pattern: improved visuals, denser worlds, full HD support, and in Epic Mickey's case, the addition of Joy-Con 2 mouse controls that were not available on prior platforms. The Destroy All Humans titles boast improved shaders alongside the resolution bump, while Epic Mickey's frame rate increase is called out as a distinct Switch 2 feature.

The four titles give THQ Nordic a presence on Nintendo hardware at five-point intervals across the second half of 2026, with the SpongeBob Switch port arriving one week after Epic Mickey's Switch 2 debut.
