Moda Operandi has taken its coastal fantasy to full scale. Club Moda La Isla is the retailer’s largest capsule yet, with more than 425 exclusive styles from 68 established and emerging designers, a sign that this sunlit, Riviera-tinged mood has moved well beyond inspiration and into serious luxury commerce.

Shot at One&Only Aesthesis on the Athenian Riviera by Haris Farsarakis, the campaign set models Gal Levi and Eduarda Bretas against a clean, Mediterranean backdrop that made the clothes look less like vacation fantasy and more like an elevated summer wardrobe. The edit leans into caftans, scarf dressing, sheers and sun-drenched resortwear, the sort of pieces that translate coastal glamour into something closer to coastal-grandmother polish, especially when they are styled with the ease and restraint that keeps resort clothes from feeling costume-y. The capsule spans ready-to-wear, accessories, beauty and home, which gives the whole project the feel of a lifestyle universe rather than a simple seasonal drop.

The designer mix is the point of the exercise. Rabanne, Christopher Esber, Des Phemmes, Missoni, Rosie Assoulin, De La Vali, Siedrés and Françoise sit alongside the wider roster, giving the capsule a range that runs from recognizable fashion names to newer labels with a sharper point of view. That breadth matters. Moda Operandi is not just selling a look here, it is showing how the coastal-glam language can be stretched across categories and price points without losing its allure.

Moda Operandi said Club Moda is now in its fifth year and called it "a defining part of the Moda brand and a key pillar of our collaboration strategy." The scale tells the story more clearly than the slogan does. Club Moda Surf, launched in April 2024, featured 40 designers and 140 exclusive styles; Club Moda Summer in 2023 had 24 designers and 70 exclusive styles. In two years, the program has more than tripled its designer count and surged past the 400-piece mark, which suggests the appetite for polished, escapist dressing is not fading but widening.

The timing also fits Moda Operandi’s broader luxury-commerce playbook. Lauren Santo Domingo has positioned the capsule strategy as part of the company’s ongoing collaboration model, while April Hennig, promoted to president in 2024, oversees consumer-facing functions including product curation, sales and marketing. For a market that keeps chasing the next mood, Moda is making the case that coastal glamour is not a passing aesthetic. It is a business.
