Fabletics and Malbon return with coastal-inspired golfwear capsule

Fabletics will release a coastal-inspired golfwear capsule with Stephen and Erica Malbon on July 8, pushing further into the softer, lifestyle side of golf dressing. The reunion builds on a first Malbon x Fabletics capsule that launched July 23, 2025, and marked the first time the Malbon co-creators personally co-designed a collection outside Malbon Golf.

That earlier 27-piece unisex drop set the tone for the partnership: performance-minded clothes that did not look trapped on the course. Fabletics framed the women’s side around a polo minidress, pleated pants and a windbreaker, while the men’s offering introduced Don pull-on pants and Don shorts, a looser take on the brand’s Don pant with belt loops and a baggier fit. The styling language was equally deliberate, with Brandon Campbell’s prints moving through desert, coastal and pine-forest references and a palette of pale blue, cream, seafoam green and pink that kept the collection airy rather than overly technical.

The pricing helped position the capsule as an accessible entry point into golfwear’s new style territory. Pieces ranged from $14.95 to $134.95, with women’s sizing from XXS to 4X and men’s sizing from XS to XXL, extending to 4X in some styles. That breadth matters in a category that has too often treated golf clothes like a closed system, built for a narrow body type and an even narrower idea of where the garments can be worn.

For Fabletics, the Malbons remain credible bridge figures. Malbon Golf was founded in Los Angeles in 2017 and built its reputation on blending traditional golf apparel with streetwear-minded references, a formula that has helped drag the sport’s dress code closer to everyday wardrobes. Don Ressler positioned the pairing as something unusual for Fabletics, and the second capsule reads as a continuation of that logic: golfwear that can carry a clubhouse morning into a coastal dinner without changing its character.
