Miami’s race weekend now reads like a luxury market map, not just a motorsport calendar. Around the Miami International Autodrome in Miami Gardens, brands are treating May 1 to 3 as a full-scale fashion activation circuit, with sprint racing, hospitality and product launches all fighting for attention as aggressively as the cars on track. The scale is hard to ignore: the 2025 Miami Grand Prix drew 275,480 fans across the weekend, and 2026 is the third consecutive year the event has hosted Sprint format racing.

That makes the clothes feel more strategic than souvenir-like. adidas and the Audi Revolut F1 Team unveiled a Miami Collection on April 23, built around the Teamgeist football design and Miami-inspired colors, then fronted it with Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto. The line spans lifestyle and performance pieces and went on sale through Audi, adidas and selected adidas retailers, a rollout that places it squarely in the fast-moving lane between trackside merch and fashion capsule. In a weekend this crowded with cameras, the smartest pieces are the ones that can read as both fan gear and polished city uniform.

The rest of the field is following that logic. Aéropostale has entered with a Formula 1 capsule aimed at Gen Z fans, while Tommy Hilfiger has a limited-edition Miami-themed collection tied to Cadillac’s debut season. Cadillac says the Miami Grand Prix is the first race weekend on home soil for the Cadillac Formula 1 Team, a detail that gives the capsule a distinctly American charge. The Formula 1 store is already carrying Cadillac Tommy Hilfiger Miami caps and hoodies, the kind of easy, logo-driven pieces that travel well from grandstand to dinner reservation.

The race itself is built to support that crossover. The 5.41-kilometre, 19-corner circuit debuted in 2022, at Hard Rock Stadium, and the venue now functions as much as a lifestyle magnet as a sporting one. Formula 1 says Miami is the only American race hosting a Sprint in 2026, and South Florida Motorsports has added Porsche Carrera Cup North America and the debut of McLaren Trophy America to the program. Grandstand+ presented by Heineken extends the experience to Thursday with an Opening Night Kick-Off Party, which means the weekend now stretches across the city rather than staying inside the fence.

That is what Miami does best: it turns sporty glamour into destination dressing with a sharper edge. The new formula is not just a branded cap or a glossy jersey. It is a race weekend that behaves like a fashion season, where the most relevant pieces are the ones built to move from paddock to party without changing the script.
