Fashion Forward Week is turning basketball’s off-court swagger into a Vegas business, and it is doing it with real infrastructure: FFW LV Holdings, ARC, and a July 10-11, 2026 takeover tied to NBA Summer League. The new Las Vegas push is built around a simple idea with serious upside, that player style already moves product, and the right club model can move it even faster.

The joint venture brings together Fashion Forward Week founders Christopher Hunt and Jordana Guimaraes, former NBA players Larry Drew II and Darius Miller, tech entrepreneur Chuck Bryant Jr., and industry veteran Eji Benson. That lineup tells you exactly where this is headed. This is not a standard fashion week expansion. It is a sport-fashion crossover designed to connect athletes and brands through campaigns, capsule collections, ambassador roles, and creative projects, with the private club ARC scheduled to debut during the Las Vegas edition.

Fashion Forward Week has been clear about why basketball sits at the center of the pitch. Tunnel walks have become runway moments, media appearances get dissected like lookbook pages, and off-court fits still shape what consumers buy and how brands build visibility. In other words, the league’s style economy is already real. Fashion Forward Week is just trying to formalize it, then package it inside a more exclusive, more nightclub-ready experience than the old fashion week model ever offered.

The Las Vegas setting makes the logic even sharper. Fontainebleau Las Vegas is the central venue, and the event is being timed to coincide with the NBA Summer League, when the city is already packed with players, executives, stylists, editors, and brand people looking for the same thing: access. FFW LV’s own site says the weekend will end with a closing cocktail party hosted by Alexander Wang at Fontainebleau, followed by an FFW x LIV Nightclub finale. That is a very specific kind of flex, and it reads less like a trade show than a culture rally.

The brand list backs that up. Alexander Wang, GLD, Snow Milk, Pigalle, Hern, Retired From Society, PJ O’Rourke, and Solecit are among the names tied to the Las Vegas edition, with artists including KOBRA, Jaffa Saba, and Jason Naylor in the mix. The result is a lineup built for social media, but also for the after-hours circuit where fashion increasingly lives.

Las Vegas is already trying to widen its fashion footprint through groups like the Las Vegas Fashion Council, a nonprofit that says it works to diversify and expand the city’s economy through fashion-industry efforts. Fashion Forward Week is stepping into that lane with a sharper, more athlete-driven pitch. If it works, the real product will not just be clothes. It will be access, and the next generation of athlete style will be sold less on the court than in the rooms around it.
