Kith expands West Hollywood flagship with beauty, wellness and café concept

Kith turned its West Hollywood store into its biggest location yet, adding an Apothecary, a McIntosh-powered VIP Studio and Ronnie’s Pronto café.

Kith has turned its West Hollywood address into something closer to a private club, a café and a beauty counter in one. The redesigned flagship now fills the ground floor at 8500 Sunset Blvd., taking over the corner of Sunset Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard and becoming the brand’s largest store worldwide.

The move gave new scale to a space that first opened in 2018 on the lower level of the same building. Ronnie Fieg worked with Ben Porto of Porto Architecture on the redesign, which now breaks the store into distinct rooms for Kith men’s, women’s and kids’ lines, along with multi-brand apparel, footwear and accessories. A Footwear Gallery gives sneakers their own stage, while the façade and interior were reimagined to feel far more expansive than a standard retail box.

The strongest signal of where fashion retail is headed sits in the new lifestyle layers. Kith’s first-ever Apothecary at the West Hollywood flagship is dedicated to skincare, essential oils, aromatics and fragrance, folding wellness into the shopping trip without making it feel bolted on. Nearby, the VIP Studio goes even further, pairing a McIntosh high-fidelity audio system with a private, multi-sensory setting overlooking downtown Los Angeles. This is the new language of menswear and streetwear retail: not just product, but atmosphere, tempo and a reason to stay.

Ronnie’s Pronto pushes that idea into the afternoon. Kith’s first-ever grab-and-go eatery at this location opened with breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bowls, salads, espresso drinks, ceremonial-grade matcha and the signature Pronto Freeze, using locally sourced ingredients and chef-led recipes to translate New York flavors for the West Coast. The café also folded in Kith Treats offerings and a partnership with TRUFF, including three co-branded sauces such as Lemon Pepper Aioli. The patio, with new landscaping and outdoor seating, extends the experience beyond the front door.

The opening also arrived with early in-store exclusives from the Kith & New Balance 99X Series and the Kith Summer 2026 Collection, a reminder that the clothes still anchor the draw. But the bigger story is Kith itself: founded in New York City in 2011, the brand now operates 20 standalone boutiques worldwide, plus shop-in-shops at Bergdorf Goodman, Hirshleifers and Selfridges. In West Hollywood, it has made the clearest case yet that the modern flagship has to sell a full day, not just a logo.
