Off-White Opens First India Flagship in Bengaluru, Plans Five-Store Expansion
Off-White landed in India with a Bengaluru flagship at Phoenix Mall of Asia, with Brand Concepts Ltd. planning five more stores and 25-30 national stockists.

Off-White's long-rumored India entry became official on April 10, when the Italian luxury streetwear label cut the ribbon on its first flagship store in the country, occupying a prime position on the upper ground floor of Phoenix Mall of Asia on Bengaluru's Bellary Road. The launch was executed through a partnership with Brand Concepts Ltd., a major Indian licensee for international fashion brands.
The store carries the brand's full range of contemporary apparel, footwear, and accessories for men and women. With a glass storefront and bright interior, it retails a wide range of men's and women's casual wear, catering to Gen Z shoppers with additional segments for footwear, accessories, and lifestyle goods. The product portfolio in India will feature 250 to 300 SKUs across apparel, footwear, bags, belts, swimwear, and accessories, with Off-White's complete global footwear collection also introduced through specialty footwear retailers.
Brand Concepts co-founder Abhinav Kumar framed the city choice as deliberate rather than default. "Bengaluru is a city that embraces innovation and contemporary style, making it a natural fit for the brand's expansion," Kumar said. "Through this inaugural store, we aim to connect with a vibrant, trend-setting audience and deliver a distinctive retail experience that reflects Off-White's global vision."
The initial phase will see standalone Off-White stores open in metro hubs including Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, with the brand scaling to five or six flagship outlets of approximately 1,500 sq. ft. each over the following two to three years, predominantly housed in premium malls. Complementing the flagships, Off-White will secure shop-in-shop spaces at upscale retail destinations including The Collective and Iconic, targeting 25 to 30 points of sale nationwide. In keeping with its global positioning, Off-White will maintain international price parity, offering Indian shoppers the same pricing as Europe and other key markets.

The timing is pointed. India's streetwear market is expected to cross $26 billion in 2026, with the luxury segment growing quickly, and Off-White is targeting revenues of approximately $10 million in the country within the next five years. Managing Director Prateek Maheshwari noted that "the blend of luxury and street culture offered by the label resonates strongly with the new generation of fashion consumers."
The Bengaluru debut carries particular weight because it arrives without Virgil Abloh, the label's founder who died in 2021. The launch was amplified by the presence of Vivian Divine at the opening event, signaling that the brand intends to build its Indian identity through cultural cachet, not quiet retail. With five more doors planned and 25 to 30 wholesale touchpoints on the horizon, Off-White is betting that India's appetite for street-inflected luxury has only just begun.
