OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP and Timberland Launch Reworked 6-Inch Boot February 27
OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP and Timberland dropped their first collaboration on February 27, anchored by a reworked 6-Inch Boot in Horween leather with a Vibram outsole and anti-fatigue footbed.

OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP and Timberland launched their first-ever collaborative capsule on February 27 via OUR LEGACY, centering the drop on a reworked 6-Inch Boot built in premium Horween leather with a Vibram rubber outsole and an anti-fatigue footbed for extended cushioning. The boot keeps the silhouette’s 1970s roots while introducing a reshaped toe box that subtly alters the classic profile; the leather is presented in a pebbled or grained finish that the brands say will develop patina over time.
The footwear reads like a study in material and function: premium Horween leather for a textured upper, an anti-fatigue insole or footbed for long-lasting comfort, and a Vibram rubber outsole for grip and durability. Sources describe the finish alternately as pebbled and grained, but both notes underline the same promise, a leather that gains vintage character with wear. The overall silhouette, despite the toe modification, is built to retain Timberland’s robust DNA while dialing the shape toward WORK SHOP’s restrained design language.
Beyond the boot, the capsule assembles a full WORK SHOP uniform rooted in archive references. Outerwear includes a Wharf Coat cut in residual Japanese 60/40 cotton-nylon meant for all-season wear. Bottoms arrive as Work Cut trousers, called Work Cut denim jeans in some notes, cut from raw deadstock Italian selvedge denim. The Timber Shirt appears in a relaxed fit with two chest pockets and an archival pencil slot, while a Pocket Longsleeve is offered in washed black heavyweight cotton. Headwear completes the set with a crowned Weather Cap rendered in full Italian sheepskin nubuck.

The collaboration’s stated inspiration pulls directly from Timberland’s early decades and construction-site heritage while nodding to 1990s New York hip-hop and WORK SHOP’s Scandinavian-leaning minimalism. Jockum Hallin, co-Founder of OUR LEGACY and Creative Director of OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP, framed the capsule this way: “We built the collection around the formative years of early era outdoor aesthetics, pairing everyday clothes with a weather-resistant jacket and a great pair of rugged boots. As we approached Timberland’s archive – by way of construction-site core and our ’90s New York rap heroes – we wanted to amplify their history as outdoor pioneers.”
Availability is straightforward: the capsule dropped on February 27 through OUR LEGACY’s channels; no pricing, SKU counts, size ranges, or regional rollouts were published alongside the launch. The collection lands as a clear archive-driven exercise in utility and texture, Horween leather that darkens into patina, deadstock Italian selvedge denim that will break in with wear, and Vibram traction built for rough ground, signaling a Timberland collaboration that privileges craftsmanship and slow change over flash.
