Estée Lauder and Diane von Furstenberg Launch InCharge Collection at Singapore Airport
Diane von Furstenberg's first beauty collab in 50 years is an alcohol-free amber floral fragrance, exclusive to Bloomingdale's and Estée Lauder.

Fifty-plus years after Diane von Furstenberg first met Estée Lauder in the 1970s, the two names are finally on the same product. The limited InCharge Collection, a three-piece line of fragrance and color cosmetics, made its global debut through an exclusive pop-up at Singapore Changi Airport's Terminal 1 Departures, running until April 9.
The standout piece is InCharge Essence d'Eau, a water-based amber floral fragrance built on notes of saffron, bergamot, honeysuckle, mimosa, musk, and vanilla. Unlike conventional perfumes, it is formulated without drying alcohols, allowing the scent to feel weightless and hydrating on skin rather than sharp on application. One five-star reviewer on Estée Lauder's site described the effect precisely: "It melts into the skin so naturally, and the scent evolves with you throughout the day in the most beautiful way. It's perfectly balanced, not too strong and not too subtle, just right."
The collection rounds out with two color pieces, both dressed in DVF's signature Cloud Patch graphic print. The InCharge Glossy Lip Oil Gift Set is a trio of tubes in clear, pink, and red, featuring black wavy patterns and gold caps, and formulated with jojoba, sunflower, and apricot seed oils for conditioning wear with a glossy finish. The InCharge Multi-Use Sculpting Blush Stick comes in a single shade called Pink Me, a universally flattering pink with a peach undertone, in a creamy formula designed to highlight, sculpt, and blush in one pass.
The Changi pop-up was conceived as a full sensory environment: water and mirror elements, a fabric canopy sky projector, and scent diffusers built to showcase the water-based fragrance innovation. Travelers could stop for a Radiance Reset Service, a three-to-five-minute express facial or beauty touch-up, sit for an AI aura photobooth generating personalized InCharge portraits, or walk away with a customizable "Own Your Journey" phone strap as a gift-with-purchase.

Lina Ly, The Estée Lauder Companies' Senior Vice President of Travel Retail Asia-Pacific, called it "our very first Changi 1st activation" and described the partnership as one "united by a shared commitment to inspiring and empowering women." The activation was developed in partnership with The Shilla Duty Free Singapore and Changi Airport Group.
DVF has framed the InCharge name around her broader advocacy platform. "To be InCharge is a commitment to ourselves," von Furstenberg said. "It is owning who we are. When we own our imperfections, they become our assets."
Outside of the Changi debut, the collection is available exclusively through Bloomingdale's and Estée Lauder. No pricing has been confirmed across any of the collection's three pieces, and the collaboration is positioned as limited-edition, with no announced restock or extended retail window.
