Sparkling tea in hand, Lottie and her husband Joshua opened the fourth episode of Ladies of London: The New Reign with a jewelry shopping trip that set the tone for an hour of very candid television. Perusing a selection of glitzy antique pieces, the couple paused at a diamond tennis bracelet priced at £30,000 (roughly $40,000), and Lottie made her case for it with the kind of clarity that no gifting guide could improve upon.

"I'm thinking of this as a potential push present," she said, admiring the bracelet. "Every time I look down at it, I can think, 'yeah, my vagina did that'."

Lottie, who is expecting the couple's first child, and Joshua described their relationship as "more traditional" than people might expect, which made the scene feel less like a splurge and more like a ritual: the acknowledgment that labor deserves recognition, and that recognition might as well sparkle.

The episode, titled "Naked Truths," did not stay light for long. Emma experienced a health scare that sent her to Mark-Francis for comfort and reassurance, while Dara, who had quit the show at the end of episode two, returned for a tense sit-down with Myka that, by all accounts, did not go well.

The episode's defining confrontation unfolded at a paint-and-sip party, where Margo Stilley, after wrestling with whether to share what she knew, ultimately told Missé Beqiri about what the show described as Kimi's harsh words. Missé confronted Kimi directly, and with a nude model in the background and champagne bottles in abundance, the argument that followed was, as the episode framed it, tough to come back from. Margo's week was further complicated by the harsh ultimatum she delivered to Martha Sitwell, criticizing her for allowing a stranger to have a key to her home and for maintaining a friendship with someone she called a "suicide mission."

Amid the conflict, Missé shared something far more personal: the 2019 murder of her brother, Flamur Beqiri. The disclosure was described as a moment of vulnerability for the newest cast member, one that reframed her involvement in the group's ongoing tensions.

The teaser for next week promises a gender reveal party for Lottie and Joshua, and another clash between Kimi and Missé at a one-on-one lunch. As for that £30,000 bracelet, whether it made it home with Lottie remains the episode's most tastefully unresolved question.
