Anycubic kicked off a "Fantastic Weeks" sale on March 23 covering both sides of its lineup: the Kobra X desktop FDM printer and the Photon P1 LCD resin printer are discounted, with a separate bulk materials promotion running concurrently for anyone who needs to stock the filament shelf before the window closes.

The two headline machines are the Kobra X, now at €269 (a €20 reduction), and the Photon P1, now at €549, which is €50 off its regular price. Neither cut is earth-shattering on its own, but the Photon P1 is a recent release, a next-generation desktop resin printer designed to bridge industrial precision with consumer-level simplicity, with dual-color and dual-material support available through an optional Dual Material Print Kit. Getting €50 off a new machine before it beds in at full MSRP is worth noting. Both printer offers are valid from March 23 to April 1.

The filament side of the promotion is where things get more interesting for anyone printing in volume. Anycubic is running a bulk promotion for filaments and resins, with filaments available in 13 variants as 20-kilogram packages: PLA Basic, PETG, PLA+, PLA High Speed, ABS, ASA, PLA Silk, PLA Glow, and others, starting at €8.40 per kilogram. More expensive variants such as ASA or TPU start at around €22 per kilogram for the 20-kilogram quantity. That's a meaningful per-kg rate for anyone running a print farm or working through spools quickly on a multicolor setup like the Kobra X. For resin users, there are quantity discounts across multiple variants, and the material offers run until March 31.

The Kobra X itself is worth a quick note for context. ACE GEN2, the integrated multicolor printing technology at the core of the machine, combines filament feeding and multicolor switching functions, cutting material change time, waste, and system complexity. The ACE GEN 2 technology reduces multicolor filament change length by 81.25%, which directly translates to less purge waste per color swap. Pairing discounted hardware with a bulk filament buy makes practical sense if you're planning a multicolor-heavy print queue.

The Anycubic global store is also listing the Kobra X at a "Fantastic Weeks" price from $279, so US-based buyers should check their regional store for USD pricing rather than converting from the European figures above.

Data visualization chart

Anycubic has sold over 3 million units worldwide as of 2023, and regular promotional windows like this one are a fixture of how the brand competes at the consumer and prosumer level. The material pricing in particular, with 13 filament variants across a 20 kg pack format, signals this is aimed at the heavier end of the hobbyist market rather than the occasional single-spool buyer. If you've been eyeing either machine or need to restock before a big project, the April 1 deadline on the hardware deals gives you about a week.
