Center Court Pickleball Signs Lease for 35,000-Square-Foot Scottsdale HQ
Center Court Pickleball signed a lease for a 35,000-square-foot Scottsdale facility to house its corporate headquarters and training center, targeting a summer 2026 opening.

Center Court Pickleball Club signed a lease for a 35,000 square foot club at the Scottsdale Fiesta Retail Center and says the space will become its corporate headquarters and training center, with an anticipated opening in summer 2026. The facility will be located in the former Big Lots space at Scottsdale Fiesta Retail Center near Loop 101 and Shea Boulevard, at 10220 N 90th Street. The company describes the move as a long term commitment to the region and as part of its continued expansion across the Phoenix Metro area.
The new Scottsdale club is planned as a 35,000 square foot indoor pickleball facility featuring 13 courts designed to optimize player experience. Construction began in February 2026 and the project is expected to create more than 100 construction jobs and between 25 and 50 permanent jobs once the club opens. Center Court Pickleball Club currently operates facilities in Scottsdale, Glendale and Gilbert and offers multi club membership options as it continues expanding its Valley presence.
“This expansion allows us to serve our growing membership base with more convenient locations while expanding community play,” said Tim Keightley, CEO of Center Court Pickleball Club. “By establishing our headquarters in Scottsdale we are making a long term commitment to the regional community while building a model that can be replicated in other markets.”
The Scottsdale location will serve dual roles as both a premier pickleball destination and the company’s headquarters and training center. The design will allow the facility to host corporate events, team building activities and training sessions while maintaining a high quality playing environment for members and guests.

Center Court describes the new club as part of its broader effort to grow the sport locally while strengthening the regional pickleball community. The company says it prioritizes creating an exceptional player experience across all locations as it continues building a network of clubs in the Valley.
Project partners named by the company include Brian Gast of Velocity Retail Group who brokered the lease at Scottsdale Fiesta Retail Center. Construction management is being handled by Cresa’s Project Management Division, with Clune Construction serving as builder and Corgan responsible for design and architecture.
Center Court Pickleball Club also highlights its community and competitive partnerships. The company is a member of the Arizona Pickleball Players League and a partner of USA Pickleball, including hosting Golden Ticket Tournaments that allow local players to qualify for the USA Pickleball Nationals.
The company welcomes new players and currently offers a “30 Days for $30” introductory program. Center Court says its clubs provide open play opportunities and programming for players of all skill levels while offering amenities that include wellness areas, locker rooms with showers, retail shops and food and beverage options.
