Lush is turning Westfield London’s White City into a hands-on bath bomb stop for May half-term, with a workshop built around Toby’s Magic Cow and timed for families looking for something more creative than a standard shopping trip. The sessions run from May 25 to May 29, 2026, with daily slots at 1:00-1:45 p.m. and 2:00-2:45 p.m., and the 45-minute workshop costs £15.

At Lush Cosmetics White City, participants will make Toby’s Magic Cow bath bomb, the company’s customer-inspired, vegan product. Westfield says the session includes product demos and a chance to design a bath bomb on the windows, which gives the event the same try-it-before-you-buy-it feel that has made bath-bomb workshops such a strong fit for experiential retail.

The ticket also comes with a goodie bag, and the add-on item is another Lush staple: Bouncy Castle Shower Jelly. That kind of takeaway matters in a category where scent, colour and texture are part of the pitch, because the workshop lets visitors test the brand’s playful side in person before deciding what to bring home.

Lush says Toby’s Magic Cow began with a letter from a young customer asking for a special magic cow bath bomb for her brother Toby, a backstory that gives the product an easy family-friendly hook. The company describes White City as its number one store in the world for in-store party sales, and says the team there offers hands-on product demos and tailored consultations, which helps explain why the location has become a natural stage for a make-and-take format.

That wider party model also fits the half-term moment. Lush says product-making is central to its in-store parties, that parties can be tailored to the whole family, and that they take place on the shop floor. With Westfield London filling the school-break calendar with family activities, the White City workshop reads like a compact community outing: part craft session, part product demo, part bath bomb fandom in motion, all wrapped into a short booking inside the mall.
