My BVI Charter Launches 10-Day Caribbean Superyacht Itinerary Across Four Destinations

My BVI Charter, operated by DMA Yachting, launched a 10-day superyacht itinerary on March 19 connecting St. Maarten, St. Barts, the British Virgin Islands, and St. Thomas, a four-destination route designed around the growing demand from higher-end charter clients who want Caribbean energy and BVI island-hopping on the same trip.

The route runs St. Maarten to St. Barts to the BVI to St. Thomas and is built specifically for larger motor yachts and superyachts capable of handling longer open-water passages. Its central logistical feature is an overnight run from St. Barts to the BVI, timed so guests can spend full days ashore at St. Barts before waking up in the British Virgin Islands without losing a sailing day to the crossing.

Each stop carries a defined purpose. "As a charter route, it works because each destination plays a different role," said Asmus, whose comments were attributed to the itinerary announcement. "St. Maarten is practical for arrivals and provisioning, St. Barts brings a polished social element, and the British Virgin Islands deliver the easy island-to-island cruising that clients still talk about long after the trip ends."

The BVI has long drawn catamaran sailors for its short passages and relaxed anchorages, and My BVI Charter says that market remains strong.
