Nautitech Open 44 and 46 Catamarans Featured in Dealer Walkthroughs and Live Demos
Multihull Company posted walkthrough videos of the Nautitech Open 44 and 46 during a March 11–14 demo window.

The Multihull Company turned its attention to Nautitech's Open-concept performance line last week, posting video walkthroughs of both the Open 44 and Open 46 alongside scheduling notes for in-water demonstrations that ran March 11 through 14, 2026.
The Open layout is the defining characteristic of both hulls. Unlike traditional bridgedeck designs that enclose the saloon behind sliding glass, Nautitech's Open concept removes the forward saloon wall entirely, merging cockpit and interior into a single continuous living space. It's a configuration that has earned the brand a dedicated following among sailors who prioritize airflow, sightlines, and a blurred boundary between sailing and living aboard.
The Multihull Company's walkthrough video gave prospective buyers a close look at how that philosophy translates across two different LOAs. The 44 and 46 share the same open-plan DNA but differ in volume and layout detail, and the side-by-side dealer exposure during the demo window allowed interested buyers to compare the two boats in context rather than in isolation.
In-water demos represent a meaningful step beyond boat show static displays, where hulls sit in a slip and crowds make it difficult to assess helm feel, sail handling systems, or the way a catamaran moves under canvas. The March scheduling gave buyers a chance to sail both models rather than simply walk through them dockside.
Nautitech, built under the Grand Large Yachting group alongside Outremer and Garcia Yachts, has positioned the Open series as a performance-oriented alternative to more passage-focused bluewater cats. The brand has attracted buyers who want competitive sailing characteristics without giving up liveaboard practicality, and the Open 44 and 46 sit at the core of that pitch.
The Multihull Company's video content remains accessible for buyers who missed the live demo dates.
