Ritz-Carlton Langkawi Launches Dayang Mastura, a Private Catamaran for 20 Guests
Dayang Mastura, a Nauta Design-fitted Lagoon 620 catamaran, now takes up to 20 guests from Telaga Harbour Park into the Andaman Sea from MYR 8,800.

Dayang Mastura, a Lagoon 620 sailing catamaran fitted out by Nauta Design, has become The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi's newest offering, carrying up to 20 guests on private charters departing from Telaga Harbour Park marina, roughly five minutes from the resort by road.
The 62-foot catamaran accommodates guests across four ensuite cabins, a detail that points toward the possibility of extended stays on board. Interior spaces run from a salon and lounge through to indoor and outdoor dining areas and sunbathing decks, with a dedicated yoga and meditation space rounding out the layout. A dedicated captain and crew greet guests dockside with aperitifs before departure.
Typical itineraries track south and west along the Machinchang Coast, through the Straits of Chinchin and out toward the Andaman Sea, with stops at Pulau Rebak Besar and Pulau Intan Kecil where calm waters open up for swimming and snorkelling among reef fish. Paddleboards, kayaks, snorkelling gear and fishing equipment are carried on board for use at anchor.
The culinary program runs to local specialities prepared by a private chef. Kerabu Kale and Lempeng with Sambal Bilis feature among the dishes on offer, grounding the experience in the regional food culture rather than a generic luxury menu.

Charters are available as full-day excursions, sunset cruises or private events, covering small celebrations, group gatherings, couples' trips and corporate bookings. Private charter rates start at MYR 8,800, a figure reported with differing currency conversions across outlets: approximately £1,600 or USD 2,261 depending on the source, with no single authoritative conversion confirmed at time of writing. What the base rate includes in terms of meals, fuel, crew gratuity or port fees has not been publicly detailed.
The launch forms part of a broader push by The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi to extend its guest programming beyond the resort's landside footprint, putting the Andaman archipelago within reach without requiring guests to source independent charter arrangements.
