Arkansas Coffee Chain 7 Brew Opens First Knoxville Drive-Thru at Turkey Creek
7 Brew's first Knoxville location opened March 2 at Turkey Creek, bringing Cookie Butter breves and Nightshade 7 Energy drinks to 11495 Parkside Drive.

The Arkansas-founded drive-thru chain 7 Brew planted its first flag in Knoxville on March 2, opening a quick-service stand at 11495 Parkside Drive inside the Pinnacle at Turkey Creek retail center in West Knoxville. The location sits near the PGA Tour Superstore and Panda Express and runs daily from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
7 Brew started nearly a decade ago in northwest Arkansas and has since expanded to more than 600 locations across 38 states, operating on a format comparable to Dutch Bros Coffee: a dedicated drive-thru stand built around speed and a wide, creative menu. The Turkey Creek location is its first in Knoxville, though the chain already operates 15 other spots throughout Tennessee.
The menu leans hard into dessert-style builds alongside the standard espresso lineup. Three signature drinks that have drawn attention locally include the Cookie Butter, a white chocolate breve with toasted marshmallow and hazelnut; the Nightshade 7 Energy, an energy drink built on lavender, pomegranate and blue raspberry; and the Key Lime Pie, an Italian soda combining lime, lemon concentrate and white chocolate. Beyond those, the menu spans smoothies, matcha, fruit-forward lemonades, teas and the chain's own 7 Fizz sodas, with dozens of specialty drinks listed in total.

Turkey Creek's social media team leaned into the opening with a Facebook post urging followers to "Mark your calendars, set your alarms, and tell your coffee crew, you won't want to miss this grand opening!" The Pinnacle at Turkey Creek events calendar also promoted the March 2 date, fitting the new stand into what the retail center has framed as a busy spring of openings. Nordstrom Rack is among the tenants scheduled to join the Turkey Creek cluster later this summer.
For a drive-thru format built around a 5:30 a.m. open, the Turkey Creek spot is well-positioned to catch the morning commuter flow cutting through West Knoxville before the shopping center crowds arrive mid-morning. Whether 7 Brew can carve out a regular customer base in a market that already has strong local coffee culture will be the more interesting question to watch over the coming months.
