Black Rock Coffee Bar Opens New Denver Location, Expanding Colorado Footprint
Black Rock Coffee Bar opens its 16th Colorado location at 1285 S. Santa Fe Dr. in Denver on March 24, two months after the chain hit 15 with its Parker store.

Black Rock Coffee Bar is set to open its sixteenth Colorado location at 1285 S. Santa Fe Dr. in Denver on Tuesday, March 24, adding another outpost to the Oregon-born chain's accelerating regional push.
The Denver store arrives less than two months after Black Rock opened its fifteenth Colorado location in Parker at 16898 E Auburn Hills Dr. on January 30. That opening came with a six-day promotional run: free 16-ounce drinks on day one, buy-one-get-one on January 31, a free limited-edition sticker on February 1, 50 percent off food on February 2, a free T-shirt with purchase on February 3, and $2 off any size drink to close out the week on February 4.
CEO Mark Davis framed the Denver opening as part of a deliberate statewide build. "Our momentum in Colorado has been remarkable, and we're excited to extend our presence further in Denver," he said. "This community's welcoming spirit perfectly reflects our values, and we look forward to connecting with our new neighbors over great drinks and friendly service."
The chain, founded as a family-owned operation in Oregon in 2008, has grown to more than 160 retail locations across seven states. Its menu centers on specialty espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies alongside its in-house Fuel energy drink, which is customizable with more than 20 fruit flavors. Signature handcrafted options include the Caramel Blondie, a sweet and creamy blend; the Mexican Mocha, built with hints of vanilla, almond, and cinnamon; and the Jackhammer, a vanilla mocha with an extra double shot. Protein-packed Egg Bites round out the food side.
Loyalty program members earn "bolts" on every purchase, whether in-store, through the app, or online, redeemable for free beverages. The Denver opening extends a Colorado footprint that Black Rock has been filling in steadily throughout 2026, with no signs of the pace slowing.
