Puppy Flow opens at Lancaster’s Shops at Rockvale this weekend

Lancaster’s puppy yoga scene is getting a permanent home at The Shops at Rockvale, where Puppy Flow is set to open its doors for grand opening weekend on May 30 and 31, 2026. Opening classes are being offered at a special launch rate of $49 per person, giving first-timers a low-pressure way to try a 75-minute session built for beginners and puppy fans alike.

The format is straightforward and part of the appeal: 45 minutes of guided, beginner-friendly yoga followed by 30 minutes of puppy cuddles and play time. Puppy Flow describes the experience as light movement paired with photos, relaxed interaction and close contact with the dogs, rather than a hard workout. The studio is also keeping class sizes smaller to create a more personal setting, which should matter to anyone hoping for a calmer, less crowded puppy yoga experience.

That makes the Lancaster opening feel like more than a weekend pop-up. Puppy Flow says it operates in Lancaster and West Chester, positioning the Shops at Rockvale location as part of a larger regional business rather than a one-time novelty event. The company’s Eventbrite profile also says it is interested in future initiatives supporting animal welfare, pet food assistance programs and partnerships that help pets and families in need, adding a broader community-minded thread to the new studio.

Brandywine Valley SPCA held a Yoga with Puppies event in West Chester on April 27, 2024, and its Walk for Paws events in 2025 and 2026 also included yoga with puppies. Puppy Flow takes that familiar idea and gives it a fixed address, a regular studio setting and a retail-center home in Lancaster County.
