The setup made the activation feel less like a single class and more like a full-day fitness stop in the neighborhood, with each session offering a different entry point into the same puppy-first format.

The listing for Puppy Yoga & Pilates, New York, made the hybrid concept clear. Puppy Sphere’s Lower Manhattan experience was built around a 75-minute wellness session that blended gentle yoga flow with puppy snuggles, plus wellness drinks. The company describes its classes as beginner-friendly and designed to support mental wellbeing, which keeps the door open for first-timers who want the puppy experience without needing a practiced yoga background.

That structure also gave the brand room to split the offer between yoga and pilates. Puppy Sphere’s yoga sessions lean into the cuddle-friendly side of the category, while the pilates line adds a more fitness-forward option for people who want movement first and puppy time second. In ClassPass’s listing, the Lower Manhattan class ran 75 minutes total, with 45 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of chill time with cold-pressed juice, a formula that makes the experience feel polished rather than improvised.
