The NaturalVision Enhanced December 2025 Update now works with game patch 1.0.1013.20 and introduces an optional Volumetric Clouds (Experimental) add-on that "adds realistic 3D clouds to Cloudy weather," making ray-traced skies more dramatic and giving players a clear compatibility target for current GTA V builds. To get the Single Player build, download the NVE Enhanced package from Razedmods; Razedmods states "Now available for Single Player."

Razed, the modder behind the NaturalVision releases, maintains two tracks. "NaturalVision Enhanced (NVE Enhanced) is a complete visual upgrade modification for Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced, designed to take full advantage of the new ray tracing features," the Razedmods description reads, and the page highlights "reworked weather, lighting, ambient colors, world textures, models, and vegetation." For older installs, "NaturalVision Evolved (NVE Legacy) is a work-in-progress visual overhaul mod for Grand Theft Auto V Legacy."

Technical changes in the December 2025 build were detailed by DSOGaming, which reported "The NaturalVision Enhanced December 2025 Update will now work with game patch 1.0.1013.20." DSOGaming also noted that the update "improves Rain weather and rain effects, and it also gives brighter, better-looking lighting in Extrasunny, Clear, and Cloudy weather." On how ray tracing is used, DSOGaming wrote: "Natural Vision Enhanced allows all light sources to cast shadows. This is something that the vanilla game did not feature. As such, it will further enhance the game’s ray-traced shadows. In other words, all objects will now cast RT shadows."

RockstarINTEL coverage by Aaron Trueman framed the early-2026 activity as a continuation of the mod's momentum: "GTA V graphics mod, NaturalVision Evolved, got a new update to kick off the new year." RockstarINTEL added that "It has been half a year since the fan favourite mod got its last major update but now it has gained some new features and improvements." Razed included a 2026 roadmap, and RockstarINTEL reported that "The Christmas Content Pack has been upgraded with new items. Find the Christmas spirit across Koreatown, Mirror Park, Vespucci Beach and beyond." RockstarINTEL also pointed players to a new NaturalVision Evolved trailer and advised: "If you want to check out NaturalVision Evolved for yourself, get it on Patreon. Supporting the creators will allow them to continue their impressive work."

For legacy installs and multiplayer, Razedmods documents additional fixes and options: "Currently this mod overhauls various weathers, improves shadow distance in each weather, reduces the intensity of heat haze, fixes bloom render on lights, improves water reflections, fixes moon positioning and much more." Razedmods also lists an "Optional Add-On that retains the Vanilla atmosphere and lighting, but still improves shadows and other small things. Additionally, this mod supports the RedM multiplayer client."

Community outlets and maintainers have combined Razed's official releases with community ports and free bundles to simplify installation; the Original Report fragment captures that coordination exactly: "Who: The NaturalVision Evolved / NaturalVision Enhanced mod teams (and community pack maintainers) are behind the visuals packages; coverage this week comes through community-focused outlets that track mod updates. What: Community outlets reported Feb 19–22, 2026 updates and refreshed free 'enhanced" With Razed's December 2025 build certified for patch 1.0.1013.20 and a 2026 roadmap in play, the mod suite is positioned for steady, incremental improvements through the year.
