Quenched & Tempered Brewing Co. Plans Move Downtown Near Fifth Third Field

Quenched & Tempered Brewing Co., the taproom currently on Jackson Street in Toledo, announced on Feb. 25, 2026 that it plans to relocate to a larger, more central space on the south side of downtown Toledo near Fifth Third Field. The move shifts the small Jackson Street operation closer to the heart of downtown activity and the stadium corridor.

The brewery’s current taproom on Jackson Street has served local customers through regular pours and events since opening there, and the Feb. 25 announcement framed the change as a relocation to gain a more central footprint. Quenched & Tempered's statement emphasized a larger space and proximity to downtown amenities, positioning the taproom nearer to Fifth Third Field on Toledo’s south side.

Fifth Third Field, the city’s minor-league ballpark, anchors the section of downtown where the brewery plans to land. By moving into that neighborhood, Quenched & Tempered will be adjacent to the stadium’s game-day flows and the restaurants and bars that populate the south side entertainment district. The brewery described the new location as both larger and more central, signaling an intent to reach broader downtown crowds than the Jackson Street address affords.
