HEAL Wellness Studio Opens in Saratoga Springs, Offering Saunas and Cold Plunge
Nicole Lanse cut the ribbon on HEAL, a private infrared sauna and cold plunge studio on Broadway in Saratoga Springs, with Sunlighten saunas and Plunge tubs inside.

Nicole Lanse brought her vision for private, intentional recovery to 433 Broadway last week, opening HEAL, Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge on the second floor of the Saratoga Springs building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 19, 2026.
The small, locally run studio occupies Suite 204 and centers its offering on two pieces of equipment that cold-plunge regulars will recognize immediately: Sunlighten infrared saunas and Plunge cold immersion tubs, both housed in private treatment rooms. The combination positions HEAL squarely in the contrast-therapy lane, pairing deep infrared heat with cold immersion in a setting designed for focused recovery rather than a gym-floor afterthought.
The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce backed the grand opening publicly, describing the studio as "a new wellness destination dedicated to whole body recovery and mental clarity" and calling the experience "intentional." Arrow Bank served as the ribbon-cutting sponsor, and the event drew support from Senator Jim Tedisco and the Office of Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner, reflecting the kind of local civic buy-in that tends to follow a small business opening with a clear community health angle.

For anyone in the Saratoga Springs area looking to build a heat-cold protocol outside a gym or spa membership, HEAL offers a private-room model that sidesteps the shared-facility dynamic entirely. More information and booking are available at healsaratoga.com.
