A historic bow-truss laundry building at 126 Jennings Ave has been reborn as Sauna House Knoxville, the latest outpost of a Nordic spa brand with locations stretching from Asheville to Bonita Springs across the Southeast.

The facility brings the full heat-cold ritual to Knoxville: multiple saunas, cold plunges, and massage therapy under one roof, along with ample lounge space and an exterior fitted with heated furniture. The interior preserves the building's industrial bones, with exposed brick, bowstring truss ceilings, and sky-high windows framing the experience.

The centerpiece offering is the Bathhouse Thermal Cycle, described on the Sauna House website as "a two-hour ritual designed to reset your nervous system."
