Beckett adds Disney Lorcana Attack of the Vine! to July release calendar

Beckett’s July TCG calendar put Disney Lorcana: Attack of the Vine! on the summer release map, with prerelease on July 17 and wide release on July 24. That gave collectors, local game stores and players a pair of dates to plan around, while Beckett’s reminder that all set release dates are subject to change kept the schedule flexible.

The Lorcana entry sat inside a crowded month of trading card game launches, which matters in a hobby where attention, shelf space and wallet share can disappear fast. For stores running league nights, sealed events and prerelease kits, a July 17 start and a July 24 street date created a narrow runway for staffing, prize support and preorder decisions. For players, the calendar offered a clean budgeting marker before the set hit tables and binders across the game.

Ravensburger’s own Disney Lorcana site matched Beckett’s dates, listing “Prerelease: July 17, 2026” and “Everywhere: July 24, 2026.” The company also said in a June 23 press release from Seattle that Attack of the Vine! is the culmination of a year-long storyline and features glimmers from Pixar’s Up, Monsters, Inc. and Turning Red, giving the release a bigger narrative hook than a routine product drop.

Beckett’s page also pointed ahead to a September 4 release for Disney Lorcana: Collection Starter Set - Rapunzel Edition. Retail listings put the starter set at $29.99 and say it includes four Attack of the Vine booster packs, an exclusive Rapunzel promo card and a binder or portfolio, a mix that makes it useful for newer players and collectors who want a cheaper entry point after the main expansion lands.

Release-tracking coverage identifies Attack of the Vine! as Disney Lorcana Set 13, and some trackers say the July launch will also trigger rotation of sets 5 through 8 from the main tournament format. That makes the month more than a simple product drop: it is a reset point for deck building, store event planning and the pace of the game’s next stretch. Beckett’s calendar, with its July dates and the September Rapunzel follow-up, put that whole summer-to-fall sequence in one place.
