Disney Lorcana reveals Iconic Lilo & Stitch and Beauty and the Beast cards

Ravensburger put Disney Lorcana’s chase cards squarely in collector territory with two new Iconics for Attack of the Vine!, naming Lilo & Stitch - Fun-Loving Friends and Belle & Beast - Certain as the Sun as the set’s rarest pulls. The company paired those reveals with additional foil treatments and movie-poster-esque art, a combination built to make the cards read as display pieces first and deck upgrades second.

Iconics sit at the top of Lorcana’s rarity ladder. Ravensburger said in its August 4, 2025 rarity announcement that there are only two Iconics per set, they are rarer than Enchanted cards, and they feature full-card artwork, a special lore-star foil pattern, and 3D hot stamping. That same announcement also positioned Epics above Legendary but below Enchanted, underscoring how sharply the game’s premium tier expanded in the Fabled era.

For collectors deciding what to chase, the appeal is obvious. Lilo & Stitch has been one of Lorcana’s most durable franchises since The First Chapter, and Ravensburger has kept Stitch and Angel visible in the game’s branding, including Winterspell key art. Pairing that fan base with the Iconic treatment gives one of the game’s most recognizable Disney properties a flagship collectible at the exact point where rarity and presentation matter most.

Beauty and the Beast brings the same logic from a different corner of the Disney catalog. In a set built around a looming threat, the card names themselves, Fun-Loving Friends and Certain as the Sun, lean into the kind of movie-poster framing that collectors tend to prize when a card does more than just sit in a binder. Attack of the Vine! also ties its core storyline to the Vine absorbing magical ink from earlier flood events, turning the set into a narrative about characters banding together against a growing danger.

That teamwork theme runs through the rest of the product. Ravensburger’s official copy says the new Shift-related Team mechanic reflects glimmers joining forces, and the set’s June 23 preview also confirmed glimmers from Pixar’s Monsters, Inc., Up, and Turning Red. Up is especially notable in that mix because connected art gives Lorcana another way to sell nostalgia beyond rarity alone, turning the card line into a visual set as much as a playable one.

Attack of the Vine! is slated for prerelease on July 17, 2026, with full release following on July 24. For Lorcana players chasing cards to play, the set offers new mechanics and familiar Disney names, but for collectors chasing prestige, Ravensburger made the message clear: the Iconics are the centerpiece, and the premium finish is the point.
