After fielding repeated requests from its customer base, Wargame Portal announced on March 11 that it is now stocking The Army Painter's Warpaints Fanatic range. "After a lot of requests from the community, we're happy to finally say it," the retailer wrote in a blog post authored by Wargame Portal Customer Service. "Wargame Portal is now carrying Army Painter paints, starting with the new Warpaints Fanatic range."

The Fanatic line is not a minor refresh. According to Wargame Portal's announcement, the entire range was redesigned from the ground up with better coverage, smoother consistency, and a more structured color lineup aimed specifically at miniature painters. The post describes the line as focused on "reliability and ease of use, whether you are painting your first unit or working through your tenth army," and notes that the paints are designed to work well straight out of the bottle while still thinning easily for advanced techniques.

On the hardware side, every bottle comes in an 18ml dropper format with two stainless steel mixing balls included, a detail worth noting if you've dealt with the settling issues that plague older dropper-style ranges. The line also leans into a structured color system designed to make building a coherent paint collection more straightforward from the start.

Wargame Portal framed the addition as part of a deliberate push to become a more complete hobby destination. "Bringing in Army Painter has been something we have wanted to do for a while," the post states. "Hobby supplies are a huge part of the tabletop experience, and expanding our paint selection helps make Wargame Portal a better one stop shop for building and painting your armies." The retailer indicated this is just the opening move, adding that the Fanatic range gives them "a strong foundation" as they watch community feedback before expanding into more of Army Painter's lineup.

The announcement does not include pricing, a specific color count, or details on geographic availability, so those are worth checking directly with Wargame Portal before placing an order. The retailer is also currently running a 65% off sale on select AK Interactive products alongside newly arrived Fat Dwarf Wound Trackers, suggesting the paint addition is part of a broader effort to round out its hobby supplies catalog.
