Bufo Jump brings cozy 3D frog platforming to mobile May 21
Bufo Jump lands with a rare mobile hook: a $3.99 premium frog platformer coming to Android, iOS and PC with no live-service clutter.

A $3.99 frog platformer on Android, iOS and PC is an easy sell in a market packed with free-to-play noise. Bufo Jump is set to arrive on May 21, and global pre-registration is already open, giving mobile players a clean shot at a premium release that does not lean on ads, battle passes or in-app purchase busywork.
The pitch is straightforward and unusually appealing. Bufo Jump stars an adorable frog trying to stop a greedy corporation from polluting his pond, then sends him through colorful worlds, mysterious caves and a menacing industrial site. The game is built as a cozy 3D platformer with smooth gameplay and simple controls, the sort of setup that should work well for short sessions on a phone. Secret fruits, traps and pesky enemies give the run a familiar collect-and-dodge rhythm, while the frog customization adds some personality with cool hats and shades.
That matters because Bufo Jump is being sold as comfort gaming first and a monetization loop second. The visual identity leans into colorful isometric 3D art and a wholesome tone, which should ring familiar for players who like the retro-inspired platforming lane that Dadish helped popularize. The difference here is that Bufo Jump is not trying to hide behind nostalgia alone. The pond-saving story, the industrial pollution angle and the brighter stage variety give it a clearer identity than a generic mascot platformer.
Neutronized has the back catalog to make that pitch credible. The studio says it was founded in 2010 by Gionathan Pesaresi and now works with a remote team from around the world. Its mobile lineup already includes Super Cat Tales: PAWS, Slime Labs 2, Super Cat Tales 2, Dino Quake, Shadow Trick, Shovel Pirate, Snow Dudes and Magic Bridge!: Endless Game, which puts Bufo Jump in the middle of a long run of compact indie releases aimed squarely at mobile players.
That is the real hook here: a low-friction premium game with a cute lead, a fixed price and cross-platform launch support. If Bufo Jump lands the feel of its simple controls and collectible chase, it could be the kind of phone platformer people keep installed for lazy evening runs. If not, its charm may end up carrying more weight than the jumps themselves, but the package is polished enough to make the wait for May 21 worth watching.
