Xsolla showed up at 715 Harrison Street on Monday as a Platinum Sponsor for the Pocket Gamer Connects Summit San Francisco 2026, a mobile-first conference that ran alongside Game Developers Conference week and pulled together more than 750 mobile gaming professionals for a single concentrated day of programming centered on mobile growth and AI.

The Los Angeles-based commerce company, founded in 2005, ran a speaking session at the summit focused on monetization innovation and AI's role in reshaping how studios build and operate games. Beyond the main stage, Xsolla also participated in the summit's invite-only Supper Club dinner on March 10, a private gathering of senior mobile leaders designed for the kind of candid deal-making and strategic conversation that doesn't happen in a conference hall.

Berkley Egenes, Chief Marketing and Growth Officer at Xsolla, framed the company's involvement in direct terms: "Mobile remains one of the most opportunity-rich segments in gaming, yet it is also one of the most operationally complex. Studios are balancing acquisition costs, platform policies, retention pressure, and rapid AI adoption. Events like PGC Summit create space for honest conversations about what sustainable monetization really looks like and how developers can take greater control of their growth."

The summit's programming addressed platform diversification and AI adoption alongside mobile growth, themes that Pocket Gamer's own event materials described as the industry's "growth engines." Xsolla shared the sponsor roster with headline sponsors Avalanche and Helika, and gold sponsor OneSignal. Tickets were priced at $350 USD, and the event's expected attendance was listed as between 1,000 and 3,000 across event metadata, though conference promotional copy cited 750 mobile professionals as the core audience figure.

Since 2005, Xsolla has worked with developers and publishers across markets including London, Berlin, Seoul, Beijing, Tokyo, and Montreal, positioning its commerce infrastructure as a solution to the distribution and monetization complexity that Egenes referenced on stage.
